We are thrilled to share some news, from one of our customers, about this very beautiful custom chef's Deba knife. Made from olivewood, the beautiful grain of the handle has been brought out with linseed oil, and the blade is set in a new silver bolster. We think that the thickness of the handle is a perfect fit for a Deba.
