Nashiji is one of the Japanese traditinal polish finish. It is a blade face finishing technique in which the blade is intentionally left looking unfinished or rustic with a qniqu textured feel.
Kasumi is one of the Japanese traditinal polish finish too. It is made by uniqu polishing powder. It seems beautiful clouds. Also cuttign edgd parts were finished Mirror polished and very sharpen edged of each knives.
