We set creating for small knives with a easy handling shape cutting edge blade and good gravity for well grip. Also small knives has a tough blade made by hand forged.

This is an especially sharp and to whet well high class hardness Japanese knife blade, using core blade blue-2 steel from Yasuki hagane, which is reputed to be the top grade of steel for knives.
