This is the highest grade of Japanese knife, using Blue-2 steel from Yasuki, which features superb abrasion resistance, presenting a clean, beautifu kasumi finish. This knife was forged by Tansetsu traditional way. It is recommended for Professional Chefs.

Please note that the blade tips may have minor imperfections.
