Kyohei Shindo is a new generation of black smith from Tosa, Japan. The knives produced by Japanese traditional techniques of Japanese sword, Koshiki tanzo(the ancient Japanese way of smith forging).
This is an especially sharp and high class hardness Japanese knife blade, using core blade white-2 steel from Yasuki hagane, which is reputed to be the top grade of steel and very easy re-sharpen for knives.
Also He attached very fine sharpen blade and very thin blade finish which is blade thickness 4.5 mm to 1.0 mm. You can get high cutting quality.
