The knife is Hand forged by Master black smith, Mr. Yosuke Yamazaki and is one of the highest grade, superb examples of Japanese traditional knives, using Yasuki white 2 steel. The white 2 steel is very whet well too.

Features of the knife are thick blade and well curved shape. So you can cut the grass, pasture plant, twig easily. Also the blade is double edged and you can use it on both sides.
Note: Yosuke Yamazaki mainly makes knives for gardeners and woodworkers of daily use and good price, fished lightly blade finised. So it has some slight scratch line, tiny rust, chips and cracks on the blade. Please understanding for this.
