For Visitors to Japan

First of all, we do not have a physical store. We sell exclusively online.

As stated in our terms and conditions, we do not permit shipments to temporary accommodations such as hotels or to shipping forwarding services.

However, with the exception of private lodging such as vacation rentals, we can ship items to only " hotels in Japan " where you plan to stay, provided they offer a package pickup service for online purchases and similar items. If you’re unsure, we’ll contact your hotel to confirm, so please feel free to ask us. Note: Some small hotels and business hotels may not offer a luggage pickup service.　

Shipping within Japan costs 10 USD by Japan post
You cannot carry kitchen knives purchased in Japan on the plane, but you can take them overseas if you pack them in your suitcase and check them as checked luggage.

We’ve also received inquiries from customers who would like to visit the blacksmiths we partner with. However, please understand that many of them are family-run businesses with heavy workloads, so we are unable to arrange tours.
