Return, Cancellation policy

Return policy
If you are not happy
to refuse pick up parcel for tax and customer reason
return to sender of the storage period ends
with the item purchased, we will refund your money for the cost you paid for the item but will not refund the shipping, insurance, tariffs, duties and costs. In order to get a refund, the item has to be sent back to me within 14 days and in the same condition as when we sent it out.

- Buyer pays for return shipping cost. 
For a free shipping item, we will refund the difference between the price and the actual shipping cost because the price includes the shipping cost from Japan.

- Issued item for return must be unopened & unused, and have ALL original packing and parts. Damage caused by Customs check will not be considered.

*I don’t accept return for your personal reason. If the item is lost or damaged in its transit, I will refund the item cost based on the Registered's coverage policy.

The picture showing on the item page is commercial sample. Representative image - work will be similar to piece in picture. Please be aware that the conditions that the actual color, pattern, shape and size may slightly differ from the pictures shown regarding items hand-made by the craftsman, each manufacturers and we have stock goods, but no one are the exactly same. If you feel that this conditions are unacceptable, it may be hard to be satisfied about your order.

 Cancellation policy

- We can not accept after shipping.
- We can not accept a replacement by any your reason

- If you must cancel it, we regret to say that it is needed to accept to deduct the following percentage from what you paid, and we can refund the rest.
5% of total price (wrong order, wrong address :include a parcel box address , cancel of remote area by dhl, and customer reason)
10% of total price (from 24 hours after placing the order)
30% of total price and net shipping price of both ways, tax fee (from 48 hours after placing the order or after shipping) and to refuse pick up parcel for tax, return to sender of the storage period ends, Incomplete address and customer reason. *Not refund shipipng price after shipping.
