Dec, 2024: Note: The remote area of DHL has been sharply expanded since 2023. In addition, there have been cases of DHL refusing to deliver to remote areas. So we will ship your parcel by Japan post EMS instead of DHL if your address is in a Remote area.

DHL plans to significantly increase prices for shipments to the U.S. and Canada beginning in January 2025. Details will be announced separately.

Dec, 2024: Canada customers, The Canada Post strike has caused significant delays in deliveries through Japan Post. Currently, the prospect of recovery is undecided.

April, 2024: Israel by DHL and Japan post. DHL operates at elevated risk on this area. So we stopped shipping to Israel Now.

Feb, 2024:Turkey customers, Please let me now "VAT or TR ID" before you purchase.
The customs exemption is removed for the shipments below 22 EUR and therefore formal customs clearance process is required for the shipments, excluding "reason of export: samples".

About Japan post: EMS international shipping has restarted from 2022, however Due to the ongoing reduction in transportation capacity to various countries and territories, there may be big delays in the delivery of posted international mail.

Shipping policy
We may not be able to deliver directly to your address due to your location, remote areas or island areas and Insufficient, incorrect delivery address. In this case, the customer will need to come to the nearest post office or DHL office to pick up the package.
