Regarding Shipments to the EU
Starting in mid-June, EU customs authorities will be revising their export requirements. It is possible that we will no longer be able to ship from our store who are not VAT-registered in EU, and we are currently discussing the details with our shipping partners. As a result, we may temporarily suspend shipments to the EU starting on June 5 (Japan Standard Time).

We deeply regret to inform you that due to the outbreak of war in the Middle East, Japan Post has suspended all shipments to Middle East, African countries.
Shipping to destinations in Europe has resumed, but delays are occurring. If your shipment is urgent, please select DHL.
Please note that DHL cannot ship to remote areas.
